Our trailer is for sale as we prepare to develop a physical location. Read below for the two (2) options we are offering!

The trailer itself is 8.5'x16' and features a rear access door, side concession pop-up door with 3 serving windows, finished and insulated interior per requirements, light package (interior and exterior), electrical package (interior and exterior outlets), pre-wired for AC roof unit, water package (3 compartment sink plus separate hand wash sink, water heater, pump, holding tank, gray water tank), rubber flooring, stainless walls and ceiling (all insulated), built in serving counter inside, folding client side counter outside, and lower front cabinets with countertop workspace, and more.

The trailer typically generates $100/hr to $400/hr in sales revenue depending on event size.

Private events generate from ~$100/hr to $200/hr depending on the event type and size.

You can also offer food, baked goods, and other beverage options in addition to coffee to generate additional income.

Option 1: Trailer + Basic Equipment

In addition to the trailer, also included are the 8’ work table for equipment, a counter-height fridge, and a Dual-tap commercial kegerator upgraded with nitrogen food safe connections. Just add your serving equipment and you're ready to go!

Option 2: Full Turn-Key Setup

This is a full turn-key set up. Included is the 8.5'x16' trailer, all equipment, all accessories, all smallware, all product inventory

such as cups, lids, stirrers, flavoring, coffee, etc. Literally everything you need down to the sugar packets. It's a true

turn-key opportunity. You can purchase on a Monday and be operational by Tuesday morning. Perfect set up to build

your business full-time, part-time, or even on the side for additional income.
